Dr. Davut Gürses
Co-Founder
Atty. Dr. Davut Gürses is one of the founding partners of Pacta Law Firm. He has worked in the financial sector for more than ten years as an inspector, legal compliance officer, unit consultant and department consultant. He has three published books and many articles in various current journals and gifts. He still continues his academic studies at Kadir Has University Faculty of Law.
Yaman Çelik
Co-Founder
Atty. Yaman Çelik completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law. After completing his undergraduate education, he continued his education at St. Giles International - London Central. He gained experience working in corporate companies and banks in our country and took part as a co-founder in the establishment of Pacta Law Firm in 2018.
Ecem Deveci
Atty.
She graduated from Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law in 2019, completing her education. During her student years, she did summer internship at banks, and then completed her legal internship by working in the fields of Execution and Bankruptcy Law, Commercial Law and Banking Law. She joined Pacta Law in 2020 and continues her career in Pacta Law.
Yağmur Arıkan
Atty.
She graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Law and attended internship trainings in institutions such as the Competition Authority and the Constitutional Court. She completed her legal internship at Istanbul Bar Association, continued her professional life in law offices, worked extensively in the fields of Commercial Law and Labor Law and joined the Pacta Law team in 2022.
Fatoş Karagöz
Operations Specialist
She worked in the fields of accounting and consultancy within the financial consultancy office and various corporates, and joined Pacta Law in 2021.
Ayşenur Altıntaş
Operations Specialist
After completing a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Public Administration in 2018, they initially worked in the banking sector and later gained experience in operational units within cryptocurrency service providers. In October 2023, they joined Pacta Law.
Esra Albay
Operations Specialist
He completed his education at Doğuş University Vocational School of Graphic Design in 2023. He has worked in operations units in various sectors and joined Pacta Law in January 2025.
Emre Çelik
Operations Specialist
He completed his bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management at Anadolu University's Faculty of Business Administration in 2020. He has worked in operations departments in various sectors and joined Pacta Law in January 2026.

Erkan Kordon
Erkan Kordon, who has more than 10 years of experience in the fields of Banking, Electronic Money/Payment Systems and Financial Technology, is among the consultants of our office. Especially with his experience in Fintech and published works he is now a consultant for our firm.
